Dermatologist and cosmetologist and other specialists of various segments find no time to get treatment, especially cosmetic treatments and procedures for themselves. Hence there is a need for self rejuvenating treatment and procedures at their horses. This article gives ways to do simple safe noninvasive procedure for them with problems like ageing face, Jowl, and brightness treatment. A cosmetic surgeon can't perform a threadlift procedure for his face by himself, for that matter he has to go to another cosmetologist

Dermatologists and cosmetologists and any specialists in any domain of medicine, as age advances will have the following problems.

E.g. : Sagging of face
Ageing of face

Dynamic wrinkles and fine wrinkles Prominent nasolabial folds for which they will find no time to take treatment in their busy schedules ; Consulting, waiting, doing any cosmetic procedures will take minimum 5 days per month. So they fear to undergo any rejuvenating procedures. |





Unless they do something for the face they will find difficult to face the patients. Ultimately patients will lose confidence on the cosmetologist. To overcome these hurdles; I have developed certain innovative non invasive minimal invasive procedures to carry out in our residence itself at our leisure time. I will describe one such procedure here, for Jowl lift.

JOWL:

It is a cosmetic problem giving an old and very aged look to the person. The routine treatment for this Jowl lift is by barbed thread inserted in the cheek, bilaterally to keep the Symmetrical look. This is an invasive technique to be done in surgical theatre. The result will last for 1 year. Another routine treatment is R.F. tightening and lifting. It will require minimum four to six visits to a cosmetic centre. Here also the effect will last for 1 year only.

It is not possible for a cosmetic surgeon to perform a thread lift for his face; though the procedure seems simple and easy. Hence he must go to another cosmetic surgeon for such procedures. My procedure is a solution for this. The effect will last for minimum 6 months. Afterwards it can be repeated; up to any length of time. This is the significance of this article.

My procedure is cost effective very simple and minimal invasive. Here I use micro needles, individual needles, (sterilized needles are available). The needles are inserted into the skin traversing from epidermis to connective tissue layers in a parallel plane to skin surface. vertically one below the other in the sides of the face in the malar area and plasters applier over the needles so that the needles are kept in site in the night and removed in the morning. This is carried out once in a week. After 8 weeks duration 75% of jowl will disappear and there will be a lift in the face. This procedure has no side effects unlike other procedure. I tried this procedures in two persons one a dental surgeon and another one is my friend. Both have remarkable outcome.

This innovation technique is given here for the following reasons:

1. Less time consuming.
2. Cost effective.
3. Noninvasive or Minimal invasive.
4. Easy to carry out by the person itself without the help of a cosmetologist.
5. Since the tight pressure pulled upwards during applying it will give an additional lifting of the sagging face.
6. Persons with Herpes Simplex should avoid trying this.

Probable cause of improvement may be due to new collagen and elastin formation by the needles which will anchor the skin and lift the skin eventually leading to the disappearance of the jowl. Finally resulting in youthful face this is an anti-aging procedure.
