What is the our company’s Return Policy?

If you have received a damaged Magazine you can return it to the company and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the magazine. The company will be notified of the return request. Once the company accepts the return request, the magazine will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.

What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a damaged magazine, you can return it to get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. This policy is applicable to company Facethetics only.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the magazine has been shipped. Your entire subscription amount will be refunded.

In case your magazine has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel the subscription you can Contact Us. Unfortunately, a subscription cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of subscription of your magazine, it will take us a maximum of 6-7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Once you have requested the cancellation of subscription, company will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.

Company will return your amount through internet banking or acc payee cheque after deducting rupee 100 as processing charge.
